Colorado Website Redesign

Is your current website old and outdated?
We can help you! An outdated website is the most common problem we see facing small and medium sized businesses. Your website was probably designed over three years ago and now it's looking a little tired. You can have all of the great marketing in the world but you're not going to the get the conversions you want without an attractive, professional website.

A website redesign can be as simple as just creating a new header and menu that conveys the professional or unique image of your business.

Some people may have a website that no longer has anything to do with their business! This type of website redesign requires writing new content for every page and providing new photography.

What you should do to prepare for a Website Redesign:

  1. Take some time to search the internet for websites that you really like. Look for menu bars, photography, colors, styles and organization techniques that you think acheive the look and feel you want on your website. Keep a list of the url's (www.pinelake-marketing.com) that you enjoy and next to each url explain why you chose it. Save this list and give it to your Web Designer.

  2. Create a new Word document itemizing all of the things that you DO NOT like about your current website and everything you need to update. For example, "My website header is so ugly and we don't even use that logo anymore!". Other notable items would be price changes or adding new product.

  3. Find all of the photos, logos and documents (Word and PDF) that belong on your website. If you have a CD burner, burn all of these files onto a disc that you can mail to your Web Designer.

  4. Locate the username and password for the FTP login that is needed to update your website. This is something your Web Host would have provided to you in an email. If you are not sure about the FTP login then

  5. By now you will have a good idea of what you are expecting from your new website redesign. You are ready to discuss your options.
